Ecosystem
Perhaps the greatest challenge business leaders face today is how to stay competitive amid constant turbulence and disruption. The tension between delivering this year’s results whilst embracing creative disruption can be overwhelming.
We are here to help.
Since our first event on the 27th June 2000 we have created environments to offer opportunities to interact, learn, share and partner in the knowledge you are networking with peers.
Events are always in elegant private surroundings carefully curated to offer an ambience of openness and trust. Chatham House rules apply.

Our platform extends, enhances and builds on the best practice refined over 20 years of delivering great events. It offers greater opportunities to get involved and influence.
Digital10 is independent and responsive to member needs to create governance models and policies. These include best practice guidelines around member behaviour and activities for all stakeholder groups.
Members influence community development creating an expanding resource pool to meet their future needs for support and connection.
Members engage in activities which match their areas of interest and where the audience profile is a good fit.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.
Warren Buffet

Trust
The foundation to creating a successful ecosystem. Whilst every individual is accountable for their actions and personal integrity, our role is to provide the framework for clear understanding of the environment and its interactions.
We have four mutually inclusive circles of protection to build a trusted platform for engagement.

Collaboration is a Round Table. No one can sit at the head of it.

Peers
The pace of innovation is accelerating, with emerging technologies transforming markets, blurring industry boundaries and introducing new stakeholders. Forging successful peer alliances will determine if disruption represents an existential threat or exponential opportunity.
Forward-thinking business leaders recognise the need to reach outside of their industry to forge new third-party partnerships, integrating core business functions with third parties and their platforms in increasingly intimate alliances.
Over 20 years we have gained much insight into delivering value for different stakeholders facing the challenges of massive disruption through balancing the need for…
… group diversity, to create a rich talent pool for collaboration
… group homogeneity, to create a harmonious environment for interaction.
Diversity and Homogeneity is achieved through:

Verification
Membership criteria around seniority applies to all stakeholders. All activities are restricted to members only.

Common Purpose
Join together around a specific market providing focus on an identified challenge/topic/issue/theme.

Balanced Audience
Carefully orchestrated to balance the different stakeholder perspectives and ratios to deliver value to all.

Environment
All activities have structured formats designed to facilitate high engagement, collaboration and provide accountability guidance.

“I thought the event worked very well, good contributions from folk and a good discussion at the end. There are always technical gremlins with VC, not found one yet that works as perfectly as Hollywood would suggest they do. Happy to be included in future events.”

“I really enjoyed taking part and would be delighted to join any future sessions. Perhaps it was just our group, but I think the breakout session would have benefitted from being 5-10 longer, as time crept up on us a bit! I thought the format worked well though.”

“Thank you for the invite to this. It was a really goodsession, one of the best I have attended since lockdown. The breakout session was great and the whole thing had a conversational feel to it which I found very engaging. So often I get a little bored on virtual sessions when I am being talked at for a long period of time, regardless of how interesting the topic or how good the speaker. My only feedback is that it could have been longer, I think you could have easily managed 3 breakout sessions with a coffee break between each.”

Thanks for the invite – It was a really interesting debate. Zoom works well and the individual rooms were really good with a nice balance of people. The balance of time was great to fit into the diary but as always you find you keep the discussion going once you are in the flow. I really like this new virtual way of interacting and bonus for me is no travelling so can still work this into my schedule :)”

Thanks for having me. I thought the format was really very good, and enjoyed the opportunity to interact both in the breakouts and the Q&A’s. Timing wise, I can always do breakfast meetings a little earlier, but that may just be me!”

“I thought the overall session was useful, it was great to have such a diverse range of businesses share challenges and learnings on the subject. The session was co-ordinated and facilitated well, I had reservations initially regarding how the breakout sessions would work with the technology, however, these were incredibly usefuland I would recommend having a bit more time in the future in these sessions to share learnings.”

Thanks for inviting me to the session last week, really enjoyed it. I thought the session worked well and that it could’ve stretched out a little longer by another 10/15 mins. The breakout room I joined was really useful and stimulated some good conversation.

Thanks for running the TEN/Oracle last week, I found it really interesting and the format a of group discussion plus plenary worked well. I think for next time it would be useful to have keynote speaker at the beginning to give a ~20minute presentation to set the context for the theme before diving into the breakout groups. This might give the discussion a bit more focus.

“Always enjoy your sessions. I liked the format and the breakout areas. It was a little rushedbut we all had time to speak. I think may be the intro could have been a bit shorter from the ex Shell It was very interesting but would have liked some more time to discuss in breakout sessions. Enjoyed the discussion and the different questions that each group asked.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the session Friday, loved the breakout sessions as these made it much easier to contribute when it’s such a large group. The only downside was that it went too quick!! “

I’ve been to a few of these and this was one of the best. Great group of people with plenty of insight. The moderator kept the evening purring along and I don’t think there was a single awkward moment.

Working with TEN has been game-changing in our strategic approach to software marketing in the fintech space. We not only buy into their strong network, copy writing and organisational talent, thanks to TEN we’ve created traction in a market, difficult to reach. Last response from my team: let’s replicate the success in the States. Looking forward to more!

I thought it was a really super evening on every front. The guests were first class as was the venue and the food. The discussion was excellent and I thought skilfully facilitated.
